What to expect?! The London Integral Life Practice Group will be meeting again in, oh, about three hours.
It’s a group evening of Integral Transformative Life Practice that never ceases to amaze for the depth, variety, cameraderie and pure sense of being switched on and alive and aware that we all get. And the results in terms of transformation aren’t bad either.
For a few years now, Gary Hawke has been hosting these evenings; a creative combination of Mind, Body, Spirit and Shadow activities, and I can be almost certain of one thing; that the experience will be a rich and rewarding one on a level that seems to have been missed, bypassed or forgotten by the demands of modern life.
If you live in the London area, and want to bring to yourself a whole new perspective and consciousness, and be with a group of absolutely open-hearted and wonderful people, then you are more than welcome to come along the next time you can.
